Standard international shipping delivery time is 7-25 business days, depending on destination country, local logistics, customs clearance, and peak season conditions. Shipping time is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed deadline.
3.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery destination. We may offer free shipping promotions for qualified orders from time to time, subject to specific promotional rules.
3.4 Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays, duty fees, or order seizures caused by local import regulations.
3.5 Order Tracking & Lost Package
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. Customers can track delivery status online. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen during transit, we will provide a full refund or reshipment solution after verification.
3.6 Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect customer address, unclaimed delivery, or customer refusal will be handled as follows: customers need to pay additional reshipping fees for re-delivery, or we will issue a partial refund excluding original shipping costs.
