To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all original tags, accessories, and components intact. Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or missing parts due to customer misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Clearance, discounted, and promotional items
- Personalized, custom-made products
- Hygiene-related goods for health and safety reasons
- Gift cards and virtual products
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via store official email with your order number, purchase date, and return reason. Do not send returns without prior confirmation from our team. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. You are required to ship the item back following our guidelines.
1.4 Shipping Fees for Returns
Customer’s responsibility: For voluntary returns (change of mind, unwanted items), customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store’s responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect due to our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or free replacement.
1.5 Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The arrival time of funds depends on your payment platform and bank processing speed. No cash refunds will be issued.
1.6 Partial Refund & Restocking Fee
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in perfect original condition. A reasonable restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount for non-defective returns, in compliance with local consumer laws.
